DESCRIPTION:We invite you to join us in reconnecting with nature by partici
 pating in a guided Forest Bathing experience. Allow yourself to connect wi
 th the park in a way you never have before. The program includes a short\,
  no more than a half-mile walk at a slow pace. Wear comfortable clothing a
 nd bring water\, snacks\, and a towel or cushion for sitting on the ground
 . \nSummer on the Hudson events are free and open to the public. Seating i
 s limited\, unreserved\, and available on a first-come\, first-served basi
 s. If there is heavy rain at the time of the event\, the event will be can

 mart sensors that digitally track data variables such as compost temperatu
 re and humidity. This technology makes it easier for operators to ensure h
 ealthy\, high-quality standards. Sashti has vast knowledge in community co
 mposting; he was a teacher of the NYC Master Composter program\, co-founde
 d a community garden in Brooklyn\, worked at the Lower East Side Ecology C
 enter in NYC\, and the Mayors Office in the City of Buffalo. We will dig d
 eep into the importance and process of monitoring soil health\, how compos
 t can improve soil quality\, and explore policy and opportunities for acti
