DESCRIPTION:Every spring\, we partner with Riverkeeper to host the annual S
 weep. Volunteers assist with removing litter from the Park and Hudson Rive
 r shoreline. We hope our efforts encourage the public to help keep our par
 ks clean and connect with your fellow New Yorkers! \nRegister at our open 
 sites below: \nRiverside Park North ' Ten Mile River Playground Cleanup at
  148th Street \nRiverside Park South Cleanup and Invasive Species Removal 
 at 68th Street \n  \nWhat to wear/bring: \n Your own (filled!) water bottl
 e\n Sturdy\, closed-toe shoes\n Long pants\n Comfortable clothing that can
  get dirty \nKeep all personal items with you at all times\, as we will no
 t have a secure area for bags. \nFor the safety of our staff and volunteer
 s\, if on the day of the project you are sick or not feeling well\, STAY H
 OME! It is not worth the risk to you or to others. \nFamilies and voluntee
