DESCRIPTION:Get out to the park and kick off the weekend with some local so
 unds at this monthly musical get-happy hour. Friday Night Jams takes place
  on the last Friday of the month from May through August. \n\nMay 29 ' Wes
  DAlelio / original songwriting and fingerstyle guitar\nJune 26 ' Ramio Ma
 rziani  / improvisational jazz and groove\nJuly 25 ' Christina Chanel / po
 werful vocals and indie ' soul\nAug 28 ' Ilana Morris / classic R&B with a
  modern edge\n\nIlana Morris is an R&B/Soul vocalist based in NYC. Born an
 d raised in Western Massachusetts\, many people would describe her as\, si
 nging before she could talk. Having gone to a performing arts high school 
 and later pursuing a bachelors degree in Jazz Voice\, Ilana is very passio
 nate about singing. Getting her start singing backgrounds for various West
 ern Mass bands\, Ilana eventually went on to become lead vocalist of Wurli
 day\, a pop group based in Albany\, NY. In 2021 Wurliday released\, Circle
  Back to You\, a song Ilana co-wrote with her bandmates. Ilana has opened 
 up for iconic groups such as En Vogue and Third World. She has shared the 
 stage with members of Snarky Puppy\, Lettuce\, the Trey Anastasio band and
  more! In May 2022\, Ilana released her second single as a solo artist tit
 led Fire or Ice. \nSummer on the Hudson events are free and open to the pu
 blic. Seating is limited\, unreserved\, and available on a first-come\, fi
 rst-served basis. If there is heavy rain at the time of the event\, the ev
