 oy the return of Waterway Horns\, a singular initiative designed to spotli
 ght NYCs vital public waterfront gathering spaces through the power of mus
 ic. In partnership with the Tideland Institute\, Captain N.D. Austin has o
 utfitted the historic Shoofly tugboat with a custom-designed Hobophonium s
 ound system made of salvaged tubas\, ship horns\, and bells. Musicians abo
 ard the tug will perform as it makes its way along the East River and Huds
 on River\, to be joined at select piers by the Landlubber Ensemble assembl
 ed under the direction of acclaimed composer/musician Stefan Zeniuk. Join 
 us in creating a dynamic and integrated call and response composition! \nF

  Toot My Own Horn! \nWhile visible and audible all along the Hudson River 
 shorefront throughout the day\, key stages featuring the Landlubbers along

 nd educator whose music blends soul\, jazz\, neo-soul\, funk\, and improvi
 sation. Known for her expressive vocals and dynamic live performances\, sh
 e creates music that celebrates storytelling\, connection\, and the richne
 ss of the Black experience. \nDrawing inspiration from artists such as Ery
 kah Badu\, Esperanza Spalding\, Georgia Anne Muldrow\, and Solange\, Melis
 sas work bridges contemporary soul with jazz sensibilities and spoken word
  influences. Whether performing original compositions or reimagined classi

 gs and passions begin to surface\, which only become more intense with the
  arrival of the handsome Dr. Astrov. \nUncle Vanya runs May 28 ' June 21. 
 All shows are Thursdays to Sundays at 6:30pm. No reservations'arrive by 6:
 15pm for a good seat. Cushions provided. Hudson Classical Theater Company 
 Shows are Pay What You Can.  Audience donations help pay for artists stipe
