DESCRIPTION:Join us for a fun day of giving back to our community by helpin
 g rake leaves in the beautiful Riverside Park. This event is a great way t
 o enjoy the outdoors\, meet new people\, and make a difference. No experie
 nce necessary\, just bring your energy and enthusiasm! You may know of the
  Leave the leaves practice that we follow to protect habitat for insect fr
 iends in our natural areas. \nFor our Leaf Lift event\, we focus on removi
 ng leaves from high traffic pathways to provide a safer and cleaner experi
 ence in the park. And the best part? All leaves removed from these project
 s will be composted in Riverside Park\, either supporting our work at our 
 compost compound or going back into our woodland and restoration areas.Don
 t forget to wear comfortable clothes and sturdy shoes. \nLets work togethe
 r to keep our park looking its best. \nSign up for your preferred voluntee

 l provide gloves for volunteers and any tools/materials needed for the pro
 ject. Please always keep personal items with you\, as we do not have a sec
 ure area for personal belongings. \nFor the safety of our staff and volunt
 eers\, if on the day of the project you are sick or not feeling well\, STA
