SUMMARY:Forest Bathing for Children
DESCRIPTION:Children are naturally inspired and curious about nature. Fores
 t Bathing is calming\, sensory and playful. On this guided walk\, Lori Kla
 mner\, a Certified Forest Therapy Guide specializing in Urban Park\, will 
 include creating games\, noticing shapes and textures of plants\, sharing 
 stories. The location features stunning rock formations\, towering trees\,
  wintering flower beds\, and the mighty Hudson River. All are welcome. Car
 egivers will be active participants.\n\n\n\nThe program includes a short\,
  no more than a half-mile walk at a slow pace. Wear comfortable clothing a
 nd bring water\, snacks\, and a towel or cushion for sitting on the ground
 . \n\n\nThe event starts at 11:00 am ' 12:30 pm. Meet up in front of River
 Run Playground. \n

 s\, wintering flower beds\, and along the mighty Hudson River\, taking in 
 the beauty and grounding presence of the land. The experience will conclud
