DESCRIPTION:Music and kites fill the air at this festival for all ages cele
 brating simple fun. Kite kits are provided free for children (while suppli
 es last)\, or bring your own favorite kite from home. Featuring an interac
 tive pop-up from StreetLab\, and performances from Oduduwa Roots & Rhythm\
 , Nice Brass\, and Pan Evolution Steel Orchestra. \nSummer on the Hudson e
 vents are free and open to the public. Seating is limited\, unreserved\, a
 nd available on a first-come\, first-served basis. If there is heavy rain 
 at the time of the event\, the event will be canceled. For weather updates
 \, check nyc.gov/parks/soh 2 hours before the event.
