SUMMARY:Forest Bathing
DESCRIPTION:Due to projected inclement weather\, this event is rescheduled 
 for Saturday\, May 16. \nWe invite you to join us in reconnecting with nat
 ure by participating in a guided Forest Bathing experience. Allow yourself
  to connect with the park in a way you never have before. The program incl
 udes a short\, no more than a half-mile walk at a slow pace. Wear comforta
 ble clothing and bring water\, snacks\, and a towel or cushion for sitting
  on the ground. \nSummer on the Hudson events are free and open to the pub
 lic. Seating is limited\, unreserved\, and available on a first-come\, fir
 st-served basis. If there is heavy rain at the time of the event\, the eve
 nt will be canceled. \nFor weather updates\, check nyc.gov/parks/soh 2 hou
 rs before the event.
