SUMMARY:RTA Summer Sunset Concert Series
DESCRIPTION:RTA Summer Sunset Concert Series 2025!! \nAugust 9 ' Roella Olo
 ro \nRoella is a New York-based\, British multi-instrumentalist\, performe
 r\, and composer of Nigerian and Jamaican heritage. She is a full-tuition 
 scholarship recipient and recent Magna Cum Laude graduate of Berklee Colle
 ge of Music and has also obtained a Masters Degree at the Berklee Global J
 azz Institute. So far in 2025\, she has performed in London to a sold-out 
 show at the Vortex\, California for her trios third consecutive appearance
  on the Bands at NAMM stage in Anaheim\, California\, Brooklyn\, NY at the
  esteemed Cafe Erzulie\, and at the acclaimed Grace By Nia in Boston. In M
 ay 2024\,  she went on a mini-tour to Panama with the Berklee Global Jazz 
 Ambassadors led by Danilo Perez\, pianistic prodigy\, artistic director\,r
  and founder of the Global Jazz Institute and Panama Jazz Festival. In 202
 3\, Roella performed with her trio at Capitol Turnaround in Washington\, D
 C as a featured artist of the SHEROCKS showcase. Pianistically\, she repre
 sented Berklees Jazz and Gender Justice Institute at the Reno Jazz Festiva
 l\, the Detroit Jazz Festival Collegiate competition and headlined with NE
 A Jazz Master Terri-Lyne Carringtons band for BAMSfest (Boston Art & Music
  Festival). In May 2022\, she won the ISJAC prize for Emerging Black Compo
 sers\, traveling to Austin\, Texas to accept the award and perform with th
 eir jazz orchestra. In November 2022\, Roella booked a London Mini-tour fo
 r her trio during the London Jazz Festival. Three of five show dates\, the
  Royal Albert Hall\, Ronnie Scotts and Pizza Express Soho were sold out. T
 he tour coincided with the release of her first EP \,Sentient Sounds. \n  
 \nWaterfront sunset concerts sponsored by the Riverside Tennis Association
 . The FREE concert evenings are highlighted by picnics and good company as
  live entertainment enthusiasts gather on the north lawn to enjoy a variet
 y of musical acts as listed below. The Sunset Concert Series is a prime ex
 ample of how the RTA aims to provide community engagement experiences for
