Volunteer Events for Groups
The Conservancy has worked with volunteer groups since its inception in 1986, and we would be delighted to welcome your group to the Park! Projects are a great way for students, colleagues, and collaborators to bond with one another while giving back to the earth and to the community.
What Your Group Can Do
Projects and times are tailored to meet your group’s interests, and activities will depend on the time of year and current park needs. Your group can choose to work in the park on an ongoing basis, several times a year, or just once per year.
Corporate Groups

Community Groups, Schools, Clubs, Other Organizations
Small non-profits, clubs, and educational groups can volunteer in a number of ways. They can help pull weeds, spread wood chips, prune shrubs, clean up the coast line, paint wrought iron fences, and more inside Riverside Park. For any questions, please contact [email protected].
