DESCRIPTION:Join us for a howling fun time!\nRiverside Park Conservancy is 
 so excited to bring back our third annual Riverside Park Pup Halloween Par
 ade\, on Saturday\, October 24 (raindate\, October 25th) from 12pm to 3pm.
  The parade route this year will meet at Dinosaur Playground on 96th Stree
 t and end at Ellingtons Cafe at 105th Street with our costume contest. \nD
 ress your pups in their most creative costumes as we parade through the pa
 rk\, spreading Halloween cheer and cuteness overload! Whether your dog is 
 a tiny pumpkin or a fierce superhero\, all breeds\, sizes\, and spooky sty
 les are welcome. \nTo walk in the Parade and enter the costume contest\, c
 ommunity members should register using the form below! Participants should
  register by October 19th.  \nIf you have any questions\, reach out to dev
