A Forest Grows in West Harlem: Community Kick-Off Event

Over the next three years, Riverside Park Conservancy, in partnership with NYC Parks and the Natural Areas Conservancy, will restore 7.5 acres of forest along Riverside Drive, from West 143rd to 153rd Street.
Come celebrate this forest restoration project on Saturday, April 18 from 10am–1pm at Riverbank (Camel) Playground. We’ll have guided tours of the site, interactive activities, refreshments, and a celebrity guest appearance by the Riverside Park Goats! We encourage people of all ages to come.
