Hippo Halloween Parade

Join the Hippo Playground Project for an annual Halloween celebration for kids and families. Costumed kids meet at Soldiers and Sailors Monument and parade to the playground with entertainment by Ramblin’ Dan’s Freewheelin’ Band.
