Kinetic Creativity: Making Dances Outside

Join a creative dance class out in the park! Kinetic Creativity is a unique class for kids ages 7 – 10, taught by Riverside’s resident outdoor dance company, Kinesis Project Dance Theatre. Children (and their adults) learn movement making and bring dance to unusual spaces, guided by professional dancers. Ages 7 – 10 suggested.
May 21 and 28 meets at the 102nd Street Field House.
June 2 – July 9th meets at the 61st Street Locomotive Lawn.
Summer on the Hudson events are free and open to the public. Seating is limited, unreserved, and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If there is heavy rain at the time of the event, the event will be canceled. For weather updates, check nyc.gov/parks/soh 2 hours before the event.
