In place of our usual Shape Up NYC Dance Fitness class, we present STRONG Nation®: this class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. Plus, a 12-minute CIRCL Mobility™ format, the perfect cooldown or recovery tool designed to help you mobilize your joints and stretch your muscles. Bring your own mat.
Summer on the Hudson events are free and open to the public. Seating is limited, unreserved, and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If there is heavy rain at the time of the event, the event will be canceled. For weather updates, check nyc.gov/parks/soh 2 hours before the event.
