Morrisania Band Project  (MBP) is an award-winning Bronx-based founded by vocalist Elissa Carmona, recently voted Best Singer from the Bronx (2025). MBP blends R&B, soul, funk, pop, and Hip-Hop into a dynamic sound that’s lit up stages across NYC and beyond. Voted Best Cover Band in the Bronx in both 2022 and 2023, MBP brings high-energy performances that move hearts and feet.

Summer on the Hudson events are free and open to the public. Seating is limited, unreserved, and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If there is heavy rain at the time of the event, the event will be canceled. For weather updates, check nyc.gov/parks/soh 2 hours before the event.
