PlacePartner Opportunity: The Sweet Spot at W 72nd-96th St

Volunteer in the sweet spot of Riverside Park! This historic section of the park is home to majestic monuments, beautiful native plant gardens, hidden forests, and lovely river views. We’ll be working across this part of the park in various gardens and woodland areas doing weeding, mulching, pruning, and ecological restoration. The meeting location will rotate between Hippo Playground and River Run Playground.

PlacePartner Opportunities are weekly/monthly occasions for volunteers to work alongside our field staff and ParkTenders. We will provide all the tools you need – please bring water to stay hydrated. Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toed shoes.
